Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Puaha O Waikato has been built on Marae whenua and is situated above the Marae complex.

This Educational Complex consists of a Kohanga Reo, Kura Kaupapa Maori and the Marae.

The whanau are presently investigating the possibility of establishing a Wharekura in the area to accommodate the graduates from Kura Kaupapa.

Meanwhile, a group of whānau, marae representative, the chairperson and Tumuaki are currently promoting the Kura to encourage local Kohanga Reo to return and re-establish the bonds that were the founding reasons for the building of the Kura.
